3 EA ARTICHOKE QUARTERS
3 OZ MUSHROOMS 1 EA GREEN ONION (CHOPPED)
½ EA ROMA TOMATO (CHOPPED)
½ TSP GARLIC ½ TSP SHALLOTS 2 OZ WHITE WINE 2 OZ MFG CREAM ⅛ OZ DEMI GLAZE (FOR COLOR)
1 OZ BUTTER
Directions:
FLOUR CHICKEN BREAST. LIGHTLY BROWN IN A HOT PAN. FLIP & ADD TOUCH OF GARLIC, SHALLOTS, GREEN ONIONS, MUSHROOMS, ARTICHOKE, FRESHLY CHOPPED TOMATO. SAUTE AND ADD WHITE WINE AND MFG CREAM. REDUCE. ADD WHOLE BUTTER AND SERVE. GARNISH WITH CHOPPED PARSLEY.
